Fees

As of the 27th of May 2015 all letting agents must publicize their fees to the landlord and tenant, actively display their membership to tenancy redress scheme and where any deposits are held

We like to keep it simple so here is our information all on one sheet!

 

Landlord fees:

  • Standard Management Fee 10% of rent due (12% for overseas) with a set-up fee of £195.00 at the start of each new tenancy.
  • Letting only service 60% of first month’s rent with a minimum fee of £395.00
  • Tenancy Contract Renewal Fee £100.00
  • Duplication of keys Cost of duplicates
  • Inventories charged at cost of clerk dependent on building size – quotation can be provided
  • Administration of NRL tax return (overseas only) £150.00 per annum
  • Re- direction of overseas mail cost of postage
  • Faxes & overseas phone calls cost of calls

 

Redress Scheme:

We are a member of the PRS (Property Redress Scheme) Membership ID PRS003971

 

Deposits:

All of our tenancy deposits are held under the Deposit Protection Services custodial scheme. At the start of each tenancy we send the deposit to them in full in line with the tenancy agreement. Our registration ID is 1136130 https://www.depositprotection.com
